Wedding Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner

Howdy folks! Here’s all of the information you should need for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. We’re looking forward to the special time with y’all!

Rehearsal:

  • Where: St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 3039 Ranch Rd 12, San Marcos TX
  • When: April 28, 2017, 6:00pm sharp
  • Who: Bride & Groom, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Parents, Ceremony Musicians, Readers, Kris & Sean’s Children
  • What: Get the surprises out of the way before Saturday.

Rehearsal Dinner:

  • Where: Root Cellar Bakery, 142 N LBJ Dr, San Marcos, TX (Note bene: this is about a block away from the Root Cellar Cafe.)
  • When: As soon as we’re done with the rehearsal
  • Who: Everyone from the rehearsal and their families
  • What: A more intimate dinner and dessert on the San Marcos town square with the people closest to us.
  • Food: We’ll choose an entree for you according to your Standard/Vegetarian choice from the wedding, but if you’d rather have the other option, let us know.

 

MENU

Standard Option:

Rosemary Orange Chicken: Grilled chicken breast topped with mandarin oranges, jalapeños, rosemary, and garlic. Includes Seasonal Vegetable Medley and Seasoned Wild Rice.

Vegetarian Option:

Herbed Orzo Pasta with Roasted Grape Tomatoes

Sides:

Cellar House Salad: fresh greens topped with cucumber, carrot, red onion, and grape tomatoes, served with our tangy balsamic vinaigrette and creamy herb dressing

Spent Grain Beer Bread with Butter: baked fresh and made from the grains we use to brew our beer!

Dessert:

Snickerdoodle Bread Pudding

Drinks:

Iced tea or water.

In addition, a glass of wine or beer is on us! The Root Cellar requires alcohol to be bought on site; they do have other bottles of wine and beer options for purchase beyond that if you wish.
